Not so good but Xperia Arc has pretty descent memory of 320MB with microSD card slot of 32GB and 512MB RAM. Camera plays role of eyes in your mobile phones now days. Both the phones have amazing 8MP cameras with crystal clear resolution. Autofocus and LED flash enhances the beauty of your photography in both the mobiles. Video shooting capacity of S II is at 1080p and 30 fps and Xperia Arc shoots videos only at 720p and 30 fps. S II is gifted with 2MP secondary camera which is not in second one.
